A very rare vintage Jumbo Softy Laying Deer. This adorable deer is one of a kind. The mold is irreplaceable. Each dot is delicately painted by hand and placed to give this ceramic deer a stuffed fabric look. Each one is signed by the artist. He’s one of my Best Sellers! This lovely deer has a matching jumbo sitting, standing deer, and sleigh. They look amazing in front of the fireplace, under the tree, near the front door... Although it is not recommended outdoors unless it is kept under a covered patio.

  • These beautiful deer are part of a collection of Softy Deer. The original molds were made by the Kimple family. Over the years, the master molds were accidentally destroyed and are no longer available. Once my molds wear out, I won’t be able to make anymore.

    There are many different deer in my Softy Deer Collection. I've been selling them for over 30 years and they remain one of my best sellers. This new piece is always in short supply this year. Contact seller if you want to order one.
