Custom Order Information

There are numerous ways to customize an item, from designing your own ornaments to ceramics in special colors, most things are possible! There are Design your Own Ornaments, Logo Ornaments, Pet Portraits and more!

In the shop, under “Ornaments Custom Designed” you can choose from various types of ornaments, like Pet Portraits, Logo Ornaments, Vacations… However, if you don’t see one that meets your needs there is a Design your Own Ornament . Send me a photo or clip art and a description of what you want the ornament to look like and I will respond with ideas and/or questions that work within the available space. Together we will create your special keepsake ornament design. Once our design is agreed upon and payment is made, I will begin working on your item(s).

If you don’t have something specific in mind, but you want to make the ornament special, choose one of the designs that are already created and personalize it with a greeting, name, year… They can be found in the shop under Product Types as “Ornaments Personalized”. You may include this information when you place the order.

If you still have questions, complete the Custom Order Form to submit your request. I respond to most requests within 24 hours.

Custom orders take 2-3 weeks. Ceramics or large orders may take longer. If it will, I will let you know ahead of time. Ceramic orders that require the mold to be poured typically take a little longer. Many items are already poured it will depend on item you’re requesting.

Do not wait to order! Custom orders are available from January through November for delivery by Christmas. Custom orders received in December may not arrive until January.
